Description: . For our younger members gaining confidence entering the deep end of a new venue and travelling lengths of the pool.
.Lots of practice for getting the most out of your next 2 minute race. Which stroke? Buoyancy aid? Planning your speedy turns.
. For our older members improve your stroke, fitness, tumble efficiency and racing starts all whilst planning that next race.
. Dive practice and awards.
Sessions are not aimed at teaching children to swim, but to compliment their swimming with Tri race techniques. Please contact Emma to discuss suitability of the session for your child, or to find out more.
